Join Us for Winter Weekends
The Provincetown Art Gallery Association invites you to join us for Winter Weekends in Provincetown, a series of curated events and gatherings from January through April 2025. Join PAGA and our partners at The Provincetown Commons, The Provincetown Art Association and Museum (PAAM), and others for a series of weekends of curated content, gatherings, and events. Winter makes for the perfect time to enjoy intimate opportunities for shared experiences and meaningful inspiration during the most peaceful months in Provincetown.
Join us this season as our members and partners invite you to look, listen, taste, and feel offerings from our artists, creators, and friends. Each weekend will feature a special ‘anchor’ event in addition to content from members and friends. Browse individual events below and look for updated listings monthly!
January 18-20, 2025: Martin Luther King Weekend
February 14-17, 2025: Valentine’s Day and President’s Day
March 7-9, 2025: International Women’s Day Weekend
April 18-21, 2025: Patriot’s Day Weekend in Massachusetts

Provincetown Arts Society Presents Provincetown Art Gallery Association Exhibit
Join 14 of Provincetown’s most beloved galleries at the iconic Mary Heaton Vorse House for A Community Affair, a curated group exhibition celebrating the power of art and community. Curated by Gene Tartaglia, this show honors Provincetown’s artistic legacy and supports its future.
Opening Reception: Saturday, April 5 | 5–7:30 PM

On Exhibit at PAAM
Visit PAAM to see some of the best of what Provincetown's art museum has to offer. Open an additional day for the holiday weekend: Thursday-Monday from 12-5pm.

Outer Cape Art Collective: “Springing Forward”
BERTA WALKER GALLERY is pleased to announce the opening of the Outer Cape Art Collective’s exhibition, “Springing Forward”, April 18, 5 - 7 PM. This exhibition includes two or three works of art, in a variety of mediums, by each the 18 members of the Collective.

Alla Prima
The gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of new works selected for a spring exhibition. "Alla Prima," meaning "at once" or "at first attempt" in Italian, refers to a painting technique where the artist applies wet paint to wet paint, often in a single sitting, resulting in a spontaneous and immediate style.
The exhibition begins with a reception at the gallery on Friday April 18, 2025 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.

February Features
Join On Center Gallery Valentines/Presidents Weekend to see their Winter exhibition “February Features”. Gallery open Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th.

FLORA
Artists and the gallery director will be available in the gallery on Saturday February 15 from 2-4pm to answer questions and discuss the exhibit.

Choosing Love
From 3 to 5 pm on Saturday, February 15th from 3 to 5 pm join Four Eleven Gallery for an artist talk and Valentine's party with painters Helen Grimm and Liz Carney.
